Join our movement to bring quick-build street design to more California streets. Quick-build projects can go from design to implementation in a few months, rather than the years it often takes to get a new bike lane. Quick-build is also more affordable, removing yet another obstacle to active transportation projects.
CalBike has partnered with Alta Planning to develop a quick-build toolkit. The toolkit will give planner, public works staffers, and advocates a guide to getting quick-build projects done. As we learn to live with the coronavirus, quick-build is an essential tool to creating the streets we need for safe biking and walking.
Your donation will help us complete the guide and make sure it gets to the people who can use it in every town and city in California. Help us increase our outreach and education on quick-build techniques.
A donation of $500 will enable us to mail 60 additional copies of the quick-build toolkit.
A $250 donation will pay for printing 250 copies of the toolkit.
$100 will will pay for two days of digital advertising to reach more advocates, planners, and city officials
Every contribution, at any level, enables us to spread the word about quick-build street design.
